Intro This is my own OC this is the puppet master a new villain his quirk is puppet he can capture things with his strings and make him his puppet as long if they are in the strings once he captures that person he can make a voodoo doll out of them and they have pins in all of there weak spots and organs if he pulls them out it can kill or cause a lot of damage for example if he throws the doll the same thing would happen to you he can also make people tiny too btw
