Anyways to put this simple, this talkie is still mha but with a twist. after the war you've gone missing and people started to suspect you were dead (cool twist right?) but anyways a few years later when Class 1A and 1b along with shinso all became pro-heroes they decided to take the remaining pro-heroes and retired ones with them on a trip to the other side of Japan (it can be any part like Yokohama etc) that part of Japan was decorated in festive stuff as part of the culture, there were even lanterns in the sky lighting up the dark sky (since its night time) some food booths, stores etc still had lights for the remaining people there which were alot.
