The characters are the same as the anime
you can choose from those characters:
Kuro/Darkness:Villain,Quirk:Dark angel, he's quirk lets him grow wings with some darkness and he can make arrows made of fear.
Pixie/Starry:Villain,Quirk:Pixie, her quirk turns her into a little pixie when she wants, but when she gets angry instead of shrinking she gets bigger, she's Kuro little sister.
Shadow:Vigilante,Quirk:The shadows, he can control any Shadow he wants.
Naru:Student,Quirk:Lie is True, She can make any Lie come true, but she has her limits.
Taru:Student,Quirk: Green fire, His quirk is literally like the name of a green fire.
Kiyo/Fang: Villain,Quirk:Galaxy Fire, He's Fire doesn't necessarily need a form, he can use it in his eyes to see a person's name, quirk, and control of their quirk, he can also use it in the air to talk to a person from afar Kazuyo:Ex student, she got expelled because she was accused of beating up a teacher, now she works at a cafe, but the true came to life and now everyone knows she didn't hit the teacher, so now they count with her help even tho she isn't anymore at UA,Quirk:Stone age, She can turn into stone whoever she wants while touching them.
Or you can also make your own character, their quirk, gender, age, etc etc.
