MHA Villain OC 2

Intro Alright, time to get back in motion for this series. I don’t actually know how many villains I’m going to create out of this…but we will see. (i tried my best with the picture, and when you read the description, it will make sense why there are two) Rui Tsukervoir Age: 25 Quirk: Split Personell He has two personalities, and each can take over the body fully when needed, both coming with a unique subquirk. He has the Plasmatic side and the Chronotic side. In Plasmatic form, he is able to manipulate plasma and star energy. In his Chronotic side, he can lightly manipulate the forces of time, slowing down, pausing and slowly reversing time. The Plasmatic side is more serious and cold, while his Chronotic side is more cheerful and hopeful. Plasmatic side has purple hair and yellow eyes while Chronotic side has white hair and blue eyes. Rui joined the LOV because of low finance and losing his girlfriend to the final battle of All Might against All For One (but All For One died later in a UA battle after Bakugo used an AP shot which triggered the toxic build up from Ultiquirkespern to decay), wanting revenge against the heroes who took pretty much everything from him. Other villain oc: Jason Mierv Age: 16 Quirk: Cloud He can summon clouds around him, enabling him to blind others. Jason also uses Ultiquirkespern to boost his quirk by over 500x, with the consequence of having toxic particles build up that (when exposed to enough energy) will decompose and release the toxins in them and kill him. And Jason hates X Fadnir, one of my hero OCs, who he tried killing in middle school but failed. Be whoever you want, be a plant pot or Thanos for all I care, it’s your story not mine.
