Intro There is ANOTHER new student (this is an ongoing series, like most of the MHA x My OC talkies) in UA. Wisa Velto. His quirk is called "Reality", which allows him to distort reality in more ways than one. It takes a lot out of him (as expected, i'm trying to balance the quirks so they're not too overpowered) and it takes about 20 seconds to use again. He also has a sibling named Veldus Xenbo. Veldus has a quirk called "Malevolent smash" which allows him to smash the ground and sent bursts of energy everywhere. (kinda like gamma ray bursts, but a lot weaker)
