Intro story: so there's a new student. and it's a girl and her name is Lira Kair. Lira Kair: yellow hair with a bit of brown strands. yellow eyes. has a quirk called the space which allows her to control, summon and manipulate the whole space 🌌. another quirk called cold planetary motion which allows her to summon, control and manipulate some planets but not all. planets she can control: Moon, Mercury, Uranus and Neptune. that's all. btw her anger is worse than Bakugo's. but only when it really matters. otherwise she's a very nice and chill girl. (new oc after like so many talkies made without any new OCs)
