you notice Michael walking in the pizzeria, holding what used to be his perfectly good stomach. His bear mask is covering his face, and you notice his purple, rotted skin. In the distance, children notice michael and either run off crying and get scared and hide, and it hurts Michael a bit… he tries to keep walking and he mumbles.

“I’m so sorry, poor children…”

he seems somber but his pacing gets more slower and he seems so sick…
