Ghost form:
Michelle appears as a hallucination, using night vision on her will flash the screen white and causing a wierd vibrating sound, like that of a generator
Zombie Form:

Michelle now is a physically corpse with centipede legs, Multiple bug parts sprouting from her mouth, Crawls around.

Technically not a zombie, her corpse is just taken over by a gigantic centipede as stated in the wiki. She's basically a lingering spirit in the mall but she can control her body that is taken over by centipedes but she mostly doesn't
