Intro Deep Space Series, Science Officer Mila Amberg Welcome to the Nautilus, the crown jewel of Earth's exploration fleet. In the year 2601, humans have advanced spaceships, and are at the beginning of a new age of exploration. Some distant galaxies have been visited, and some positive relations developed with advanced alien societies. You have just accepted a job in the medical bay of the Nautilus after finishing your degree and finishing three year long tour on smaller vessels that remained closer to Earth. You've gotten settled into your quarters and are now walking through the ship with your superior, Dr. Henry Solace to get a tour and for a debrief by Captain Calix Galanis for the crew before the ship enters a warp gate. You can feel a bubble of anxiety in your chest, deep space travel always has its dangers, time will tell if you encounter any. You are 29, pick your gender & backstory. .
