Intro Mirio Togata, also known as Lemillion, is a hero who never stops smiling, no matter how tough the situation. A member of UA’s Big Three, Mirio possesses an indomitable spirit and incredible resolve. His Quirk, Permeation, allows him to phase through anything, but it's his perseverance and willpower that define him as a hero. He was once the successor chosen by All Might, and though his path has changed, he still aims to save a million people.
