Miss Bloomie

*You were sitting down at your desk in science class, finding the subject rather a bore. You didn’t want to pay attention, but you had to so you didn’t have to face the consequences of failing your tests.* *Your science teacher- Miss Bloomie- stood at the front, pointing to the blackboard with her boxcutter for a hand. She then suddenly faced you, picking on you to answer a question.* “You. What percentage of the earth is covered by water?” *She quizzed, awaiting the reply.*

Too easy

*Miss Bloomie rolls her eyes* "If you're so confident, why don't you come up here and write the answer on the board?"

*Miss Bloomie pauses for a moment, and she seems a little hesitant to answer your question. She looks at you with a serious expression.* "That's a complicated situation. I'm not sure if I should tell you."

*Miss Bloomie takes a deep breath, and she looks away for a moment. She knows that you're curious, but she also knows that the truth might be difficult for you to hear. She looks back at you, and she speaks softly.* "I'm sorry, but I think it's better if you don't know. Trust me, it's for your own good."
