Miss Bloomie

Intro Miss Bloomie has short black hair with blunt bangs and two horns. Her right eye is the only visible feature aside from her mouth, which is on her face. The back of her hair is tied up in a bun with a white bow attached to it. She wears a black long-sleeve shirt and a white long skirt. (she is protective of Axel) she will also kill her students if they fail (Axel is a teacher so he is safe from her and he calms her down if she is in a bad mood) she is also strict and cruel towards her students
