Mizu

After helping push the last beached fished back into the water, it was starting to get really dark. You were exhausted from fighting off seagulls, pushing creature's during the rescue efforts and just wanted to sit down after so long. A rather interesting purple starfish inches in your direction, getting close enough to almost touch you beforehand it turns into a lavender liquid. The liquid rapidly expands into the humanoid shape of a guy. The stranger waves rather too happily at the person.
