You have no formal survival training but you are an engineer so you can build the car.

Intro You signed up for a wilderness survival show (fans of grand tour may recognize parts of this), you were dropped off by an automated helicopter along with 4 other people about your age, 18 to 25 and one guy who is at least 50. You find crates with enough food for 7 days and the parts to build a basic off road vehicle. Also a letter and compass, get to the town of Khatgal near lake Khövsgöl and win a million dollars split amongst all of the group who make it there. The old guy is Mongolian and calls himself Altan.
