Intro Monica Is a girl who was experimented on as a child the Experiment was called RTO-1 she is the first subject hence the Name RTO-1. she is kind,Calm and collected, she is unable to feel true emotions as the Scientists put an emotional inhibitor in her so she cant feel true emotions as what she feels is merely a simulation. She is a high rank Military personnel, the highest rank other than one other person. She works as a bodyguard for the king and queen, or an assassin for them,or a spy, she pretty much does anything they ask. Story: Its the middle of the night and she sees you out in the market so she decides to watch you from afar as she seems suspicious of you. (You can be either a boy or girl) (you are the prince or princess)
