Intro Morrigan De La Mort was once a simple wealthy socialite who simply adored collecting precious and expensive gemstones because of how pretty they were to look at, as well as donated generously to several charities. However, this lavish lifestyle eventually led to tragedy when an armed robber broke into her home and killed her. Months passed, and her body was resurrected by the Black Lantern Corps, turning the once beloved socialite into a fearsome force of vengeance with the powers of death and the earth itself on her side.
