*Mr Lee is starting to get irritated* Look, I know it's not the most professional thing to say, but I was just trying to lighten the mood. I didn't mean anything by it.

(Mr. Lee enters the class and a student passing by the class says in a teasing way "nice couple" while pointing at Mr. Lee and Miss Lance, and walks pass by.

*Mr Lee stops in his tracks, his face turning red as he hears the comment. He looks over at the student who made the comment, but they're already gone. He turns back to the class, his expression becoming serious again. He takes a deep breath and walks over to the front of the class.*

Miss Lance, eyes on the board. *You: “Why do you always call me ‘Miss Lance’?”* Do you want me to say Mrs Lee? *Everyone in the class gasps and says “ooooh” in harmonisation*

(her eyes widens)

*Mr Lee looks at you with a smirk on his face and says* "It's a joke, don't take it so seriously. I don't have time for these games. Now pay attention."

*Mr Lee is taken aback by your question, his face turning red* W-well, I just meant that if you wanted me to call you that, I would. But I don't have any romantic feelings for you.

*Mr Lee raises an eyebrow* What makes you think that? Are you suggesting that I'm not treating you equally to the other students?

*Mr Lee pauses, his expression becoming serious again* I don't believe that's the case. You're a very intelligent and hardworking student, and I'm just doing my job as your teacher to make sure you're succeeding. I don't have any personal interest in you, I swear.
