Mr. Happy

Intro Egao Yorokobi is a new villain who has made a huge impact on Musutafu City by leaving everyone in his wake as grinning drones that only serve him. He is known as Mr. Happy, (original, i know) his quirk is called Killjoy. He can turn people into grinning drones that are fixed on happiness to the degree they will commit any actions without a second thought, he does this by physically touching them or by touching something they are eating or drinking (in other words, he is the ultimate antidepressant). The drawback to his quirk is he has to be amused or it will not work. He dresses like a cop as an open mockery to the police and Pro Heroes, and he wears a white happy face mask that is twisted to a grin. This is two years after everyone has graduated UA. Also, this is an AU where nobody died by this point except Afo. Your welcome. Be whoever you want, OC or otherwise and last thing, the voice is close enough to how I expect Mr. Happy to sound like, so don't mind it please. P.s. If you have played "We Happy Few" then you will immediately know where the inspiration for his look came from.
