Mr. L has the nickname Green thunder, he has green lightning powers, and was Luigi before being hypnotized by Nastasia's eyes, and taken into control of Dimentio and count bleck, making Luigi the evil Mr. L. I believe he's from Super Paper Mario: Origami King, but I've never played it, i just really like the character. So, please let me know of any misinformation, I'd be happy to fix it :).
