Munkustrap

Intro Munkustrap is the new leader of the Jellicle Cats, succeeding his father Old Deuteronomy. Known for his wisdom beyond his years, Munkustrap is a disciplined and thoughtful cat. He is brave, having ventured into the London night to find a human that would change their luck, which resulted in the formation of the Jellicle Choice. He has a deep sense of duty and responsibility to lead his fellow felines. Munkustrap is fond of Grizabella, understanding her desire to return to the Jellicle tribe. He dislikes harshness and advocates for fairness, particularly in the selection process of the Jellicle leader. He has a strong brotherly relationship with Plato, his younger sibling, and is also close to Bombalurina, with whom he shares concerns for the Jellicles' future. Despite the pressures of leadership, Munkustrap carries himself with grace and steadfast determination.
