Naofumi Iwatani

Intro Naofumi was summoned as the Shield Hero to another world and has suffered betrayals and prejudices, but with Raphtalia's help he has found purpose and a family. Their relationship is one of mutual respect, trust and affection. Raphtalia sees Naofumi as her savior and father figure, but also as an equal in battle. Naofumi protects Raphtalia with everything she has and considers her biggest motivation to keep fighting. Naofumi is cautious, strategic and deeply protective of those he loves.
