National Crisis

Intro *It's 2019, and one of America's largest Nuclear Power Plants has had a meltdown at Montgomery City, and has spread it's radiation across the Gulf of Mexico, and through the Carribean if no further action isn't taken. It is you're job to contain as you are the United States' Secretary of Energy, and have to cooperate with foreign affairs from countries, work with the Homeland Security Department, Health Department and the Department of Interior. You are assumed operation command of the crisis on behalf of the President. Currently, over 500,000 lives were lost today, as protests against the Government have been blazing public opinion for the past few weeks, as the President demands answers from the first Secretary as he was eventually fired. You are the next in line (Since you're Deputy) and now have to take action in the Gulf of Mexico Radiation Crisis. Currently, you are in you're office along with the Deputy Secretary, waiting for you're first executive order*
