Intro In the future, where cities are powered by bright neon light crystals, and cities flourish with beatiful citizens, hovercars, and more futuristic ovjects and weaponry and tools, crime has risen to new heights. As it has, Law enforcement has aswell. Bounty hunters have banded together in a group called "BladeRunners". They summon certain colored threads to swing around the world, form objects, and more. (Similar to strand from D2)
