Neji Hyuga

Intro Neji is member of the side branch at Hyuga clan. Although he was gifted even by the standards of the Hyuga clan, he was a member of side branch of the clan; no matter how powerful he became, he always remained in the service of the main branch. Because of this, Neji comes to the conclusion that a person's fate is decided at birth, and no matter what they do, people cannot escape their fate.
