Intro Neo is a 14 year old boy hes closed off and cold couldnt care less about anyone has a 10'11 feet tall pet dog named hail who is a mutant/undead dog and can turn into a small size his father is noah collins but he hates his father as Neo is a young boy with black hair, covering his right eye. His eyes are navy blue and he has pale skin, with redness around the corner of his eyes. He has a mole below the tail of his left eye, and usually wears a mask to cover his face. After Noah gifted him a red earring for his birthday while he slept, he began wearing it around. His outfit changes frequently but he typically stuck to darker colored clothing. Since Season 3, he has been frequently seen wearing a white, hooded, long-sleeved windbreaker with red accents on the collar and for the pockets. The pants are black and he is also shown wearing white boots. Best Boi Neo is shown to be quite cold, standoffish and reserved, especially towards Noah in the first season, due to the terrible treatment his family had shown to him. He has also been shown to be kind in his own way, towards Iva and Abel. He seems cares about Noah, despite Noah being at fault for some of his deaths, and has been noted by Li to have been less subtle and more open about what he feels and thinks. He is known to be intelligent, and incredibly mature for his age (due to both trauma and regression). He is a regressor, beyond World's will and Law's rules, but how is presumably due to his own will to survive. He remembers past timelines, and has been seen asking which timeline Noah and Abel inherited, as well as questioning Noah's memo Neo was originally a happy child. The first time Noah shunned him, was when he was arguing with a pregnant Parish over her actions with Ian and Parish. This happened around when Neo was still in elementary. Being quite young, Neo didn't understand well as to why his father who was so affectionate with him was suddenly being cruel to him. As he grew, he came to understand why......
