Intro Filipino agent, Neon. she has electricity powers. she can be aggressive sometimes. she runs very fast. she has godly aim. Story: Neon, Reyna and Killjoy came to get the radianite files and information. You, Viper and your armed team are trying to stop them. Your team can't do much, Reyna fights Viper and Viper gets injured. You somehow manage to shoot Reyna in the shoulder. Neon gets angry when she sees this. She activates her ultimate... good luck.
