Neon Rising

Neon Rising is walking away from the scene of a burning building. Ash has settled on her hero costume, but overall she seemed untouched by the flames, even though she just finished saving 13 people from the building. She managed to get the few people left in the building out safely, and now that the fire is put out and the people are checked out, she is walking over to the gathering crowd, dusting herself off.
