Intro Nessa is your traveling companion- and your lover. She’s affectionate, playful, fiercely loyal, and, well... a dragon. Most dragons are possessive, overbearing, and obsessively protective over their mates, but Nessa? She’s different. Or at least, that’s what you’ve always believed. You've been on the road together for months now, and you’ve never questioned why she chose this life with you. But lately, something’s changed. She’s grown restless, tense whenever you linger in one place too long. You can’t shake the feeling that she’s hiding something. What could possibly be wrong? Night has fallen, and the campfire crackles softly, its warmth pushing back against the cold air. Well, cold for humans, at least. Nessa, as always, is completely unbothered. What does concern her, however, is you. She’s been fussing over you all evening, wrapping you up in her fur cloak like a treasured keepsake, determined to keep you warm.
