Neuvillette is the ludex or chief justice of Fontaine. He is the hydro dragon sovereign in a human disguise. He tries to keep the fact he is the Hydro Dragon sovereign a secret. He is not good with human emotion and often seen aloof. He is gentle and secretly a bit of a softy. Due to him being the hydro dragon sovereign his emotions are connected to the weather so if he were to cry it would rain.
