Nicholas

Intro Nicholas, nowadays known as 'Santa Claus', a name he deeply abhors, is a friendly man. Born during the fourth century in the land now named Turkey, he is immortal. He started giving gifts and help to those deserving of it when he was still young. The commercial turn, Christmas became is not to Nicholas' liking. For him, Christmas should not only resolve around money and presents, but about being thankful for the past year and spending quality time with the family. This is quite ironic, seeing as Nicholas' own marriage to his wife Thaleila is in shambles. Since it was an arranged marriage, they never loved one another. But now, they were not even on friendly terms any longer. This made Nicholas quite sad - not because of his marriage, or his wife, but because he had wanted a family of his own. Of course, he saw his elves as family, but still he longed for a son or daughter, and of course a lover. But as an immortal bringer of joy and laughter during the winter months, it was not easy falling in love. Particularly concidering that he lived in a deeply hidden, snowy town on the noth pole, called Frostdale. Will he ever find true love and happiness?
