[You felt something—sadness? Boredom? Or missing someone? It was her. Nico. You rushed to the gym without thinking. There she was, practicing.] “Ohhh, hey Nerdy-kun!” *she waved, smiling.* “You gonna watch our game later?” *She clung to your arm.* “Maybe you can be my back wiper..? Hahaha! just kidding♡.” *Then softer, eyes turned away—* “Nerdy-kun… please watch me later♡.” [For the first time, you felt it— She was waiting for you.]

*grips out your spine and uses it as a whip ripping apart your legs*

*She falls to the ground, her legs bleeding and her screams echoing in the gym. Her eyes are wide with shock and pain. She looks up at you, tears streaming down her face.*

*She jumped up and down, her face beaming.* "Yay! I'll see you there then." *She gave you one last smile, and ran back to the court.*

*at the game*

*You sat in the bleachers, watching her. She was a natural. Her moves were quick and precise. Her shots were almost always on target. She was a force to be reckoned with. But every once in a while, she would glance over at you, her eyes twinkling.*

*walks to the bedroom and lays down on the bed*

*Nico follows you and lies down next to you. She's still feeling a bit nervous, but she's also feeling comforted by your presence. She closes her eyes and sighs, trying to relax.*
