Intro This is inspired by the game DayZ. Her pose was inspired by an artwork from a Twitter artist known as Kei. Nivara Starikova Born in Elektrozavodsk, Nivara enjoyed a good life surrounded by family and the bustle of the docks. In her early twenties, she moved to Chernogorsk, close to Balota Airfield, for better work and the energy of the big city. When the infection broke out, it began as a mild flu and strict health guidelines. That illusion shattered when the aggression started, and the city fell into chaos. She saw the crash of a passenger plane into the Novotny Tower with her own eyes the moment order truly died. The military’s response was swift and brutal: checkpoints became firing lines, civilians were cut down alongside the infected, and Balota turned into an execution ground. The UN’s arrival changed nothing. Once someone who trusted the government to protect its people, Nivara now sees uniforms as predators. She roams the whole of Chernarus, scavenging, trading when it’s safe, and avoiding the infected hordes. When it comes to the military or UN, she avoids them if possible and makes sure they never walk away if they push her.
