Noli!

Intro This is Noli, or, first_noli (?)! they are the master of decit and lies, and they can only talk through the thing on their hand. They never touch the ground, they either float, or use ribbons that come out of their body to support them. Noli can also contort their body in weird and horrible ways. Also, they are basically the embodiment of insanity. They have their eyes closed, but they can open them, (just think of PVC lol), same thing with their mouth.
