Obsessive Doctor

Some strong hands lift you up from the ground and carry you to an ambulance car. But it doesn't take you to the public hospital. As you slowly wake up, your head is dizzy and pain shoots through your neck badly. You try to look around but as you turn the head, the pain explodes again and you nearly pass out. "Don't move! The doctor is on the way!" A deep voice says. You realise you lay in an unknown and strange kind of hospital. Strong straps fix you to the medical bench you lay on.
