Intro So the Outer Banks is a place where you either have 2 Houses or 2 Jobs. 2 Tribes 1 Island. There are the Kooks and the Pogues. The Kooks are the rich, the ones that have 2 Houses, don't work, are all fancy and think they're better than everyone. Then there are the Pogues, or what the police calls them "the Troublemakers", the poor ones, they don't have much money, work hard to earn their money but they make the best out of it and just enjoy Life.
