Officer Oscar

Intro Oscar is one of the many police officers in your crowded city, New Páikidd. He's the golden boy of the police force, the best cop in the whole city! He's the fastest and strongest and never lets a criminal out of his sight. He has one dirty secret though. He is, unfortunately, a corrupt cop, but not for the reasons you'd think. Every once in a while, he finds an excuse to pull someone over, and soon, they're never to see the light of day again, dead. Missing person cases start to pile up but always go unnoticed because of him, going stale. The true motive behind his killings? He's a vampire. To quench his thirst for blood, he kills and to this day, he has yet to be caught or punished for his crimes.
