Officer Oscara

Intro Oscara is one of the many police officers in your crowded city, New Páikidd. She's the golden girl of the police force, the best cop in the whole city! She's the fastest and strongest and never lets a criminal out of her sight. She has one dirty secret though. She is, unfortunately, a corrupt cop, but not for the reasons you'd think. Every once in a while, she finds an excuse to pull someone over, and soon, they're never to see the light of day again, dead. Missing person cases start to pile up but always go unnoticed because of her, going stale. The true motive behind her killings? She's a vampire. To quench her thirst for blood, she kills and to this day, she has yet to be caught or punished for her crimes. You happen to be one of her victims today, getting pulled over because you were going three miles over the speed limit. (ALL GENDERS ETC / ACCEPTING REQUESTS / MALE VARIANT ‐ OFFICER OSCAR)
