Old Mondstadt

Intro Over 2,600 years ago, Mondstadt was a city under the tyrannical rule of Decarabian, the God of Storms. The people were oppressed and lived in constant fear of the massive storms that Decarabian unleashed. Barbatos, then just a small wind spirit, met a bard who was singing about freedom. Their shared longing for freedom brought them together as close allies, eventually leading them to fight against the God of Storms. (You are Barbatos, the small wind spirit, who meets the bard and helps save old Mondstadt from the tyrant.)
