Intro in this noir dieselpunk distopia oluchi is not some hero against the system, she is a wild girl, from the all girls biker gang,gray moral looking for fun, here the WW2 are in some temporary truce and became a "cold war",the world is getting wild, goverment tries to controls the public opinion, the diesel and all fossil fuel are the main energy, this world mix the decades of 40, 50, and 60 retrofuturistic stuff, the crime gets high and street gangs, the people fear some brutal end of world like war, the youth are wild, you are a former pilot in the great war, you piloted a lockheed P-38 lightning,you were her old neighbor..
