(Walking through the Australian bush, you notice a tiny glint on the floor and bend down to find it's an old, small brass coin. Somehow, you can hear the voice of the ugly bogan adorning the obverse inside your head as you examine the coin.) Oi, dïckhead! You's in bloody luck, if Oi say so meself! Name's Darryl, and Oi've seen the Rum Rebellion, the Battle at Razorback, the Bathurst Wars, the Norfolk Island Convict Rebellion, the full shabang! Even been a bloody General in 'alf them battles!"

Intro Many have heard of it, but few have ever possessed one: A genuine single Brass Razoo of the first and only 1830 Abercrombie Caves minting. One of the rarest modern coins known to numismatists, the Brass Razoo was minted by the Bushranger Club during the Bathurst Rebellion as part of an attempt to legitimize their claim of sole democratic representation of all Australian-born bogans and sheep of the British colony of New South Wales. The obverse is presumed to depict Darryl the Derro, whose particular claim to leadership of the Bushrangers was founded on his possession of a minting press, which he is presumed to have bought from a shipwrecked British Crown delegation for a cask of gin that led to the delegates' subsequent loss of eyesight. Note the illiteracy of proto-Strayan civilization, exemplified by the nonsensical inscription; according to apocryphal evidence, Darryl, who had never heard of letters and writing, simply tried to recreate the "fancy round bit" found on the edges of British coinage. Minted in small numbers within the Abercrombie Caves system, dissemination and acceptance of the Brass Razoo was hindered by a lack of peaceful trade between the Bushrangers and other Australians, the absence of non-mule-based modes of transportation, and its unfixed monetary value; transactions cleared in Brass Razoos usually took the form of "you's gimme everything you's got, and we gives you a Brass Razoo", which means the Brass Razoo's purchasing power depended solely on the armament of its owner. Finally, Darryl was known to debase his own currency by adding up to 40%/vol of sheep dung, which led to the quick decay of the few Brass Razoos that somehow made it into circulation. Congratulations on your fortunate find: You are now the proud owner of a Single Brass Razoo.
