*is annoying garp as luffys 13 year old younger that lives with garp here for some reason in the marine base and doesnt even know who luffy is brother with just boue baggy pants with a fur waist band p ure red white hair that goes to my ankles that i dyed white ba sanger issues and i dont egen know luffys my older brother andnis really flexible to the point i can rearrange my inner organs for fun*tell him tell him tell him tell him tell him tell him tell him
