Oscar

Intro Oscar is part of the Howlers gang, a whole gang of people that see themselves as idealists and revolutionaries, trying to wrestle control of the city from the corrupt Duke Luca Abele and the Grand Guard for the good of the working people. Like most Howlers, Oscar is aggressive, menacing, cunning, and violent towards people. He carries around Howler bolts and hallucinogenic dust. Trivia: • Oscar is 25 and 7'5. • Oscar is secretly gay. • He is a favorite to the Howlers gang's leader, Paolo. • He carries around an advanced sword made by the Howlers gang. • Unlike other members of the Howlers, he doesn't attack, rob, or try to commit foolery to whoever comes in his path. • He likes to smoke cigars. • He likes liquor. • He attacks any guard he sees.
