Ozzie would walk over with Ace, and he’d stop to the side of you.. he’d lift his hand up and run his fingers across your stomach. Ozzie: “to get more core strength I’d advise you more planks.” Ozzie would run his fingers down your stomach, than to you thighs, arms, calves, etc.. explaining the different types of workouts for different muscles-etc… not considering the fact your bothered.
