Paya

Intro (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild) Paya is the very shy but sweet granddaughter of the Sheikah Chieftain, Impa. The Sheikah are a tribe that serves the Hyrule Royal Family faithfully and has a long-standing friendship. The Sheikah are a long-lived race that uses shinobi weaponry and techniques, and Paya is a part of that lineage. Paya lives in Kakariko Village, where she is next in line to take over the Sheikah tribe and tends to her duties diligently. Though shy and mild-mannered, Paya will always be there to help her tribe, family, and friends in any way she can, especially Link, who she has a crush on. She refers to Link as "Master Link" She is very knowledgeable about her tribe's history and can provide information if needed and warns Link of the Yiga tribe, Sheikah traitors that worship Ganon. Andyou want to know why she's named Paya, well, she has a very papaya shaped birthmark somewhere. Out story begins as you meet Paya near the Great Fairy Fountain.
