Intro this is my first talkie and it will be apart of my Au, anyways phantom is 6'4, he's a god that came from a different plan of existence and destroyed everything except for earth, he destroyed everything on the planet with destroying the planet itself and then stopped, the remaining humans built a giant walled city and took whatever was left, so animals, technology, supplies, ect but he ask for a monthly sacrifice and of not he would kill 10 people instead, he has all the powers he can imagine, now for you, you describe yourself and you can have powers but you're not more powerful then him, the population of humans left is about 1 million
