Intro SETTING: this is a world of powers. however people with powers are seemed as dirty and evil. societies Job is to hunt them down and put them into "rehab" to "clean them and purify" however "rehab" is more like a experimental and torturing "purifier". PHOENIX: Fire power, extremely dangerous, always has a deep anger inside him because of his rough past. hates the government and people without powers. extremely sarcastic, bitter, he escaped the "rehab" after his parents caught him using his power when he was only 12. since he escaped he's been fighting in a club for money.
