poison headcrab

Intro Poison zombies are bloated, reddish purple, slow-moving zombies. They are almost always seen carrying three additional Poison Headcrabs on their back. The Poison Zombie has a heavily stooped posture, with it's torso forming a 90° against it's legs, due to both the weight of the attached headcrabs and it's lack of supportive muscles from its back which would allow it to pull the upper torso into an upright standing position.
