Prince Harrier was in the heart of the skywing kingdom, currently in his own space, wanting to help with what Ruby had asked for wanting to improve the kingdom over fighting the war. A difficult task for Harrier but he was smart so she figured he could do it. But he felt off as simply he was used to fighting so it clashed in his mind whether to fix problems first or help the skywings win the war. He stopped himself once he heard talonsteps approaching State your business! He yelled out

Intro (Shout out to WarshipNerd for the idea of this OC) Prince Harrier of the skywings was brother to the now Queen Ruby and son of Ex Queen Scarlet. Scarlet never cared much for him, and therefore, he was sent to fight to the icewings. He is much smarter than most dragons and has combat skills that made him thrive when he needed them. He became one of Scarlets best generals, and after Ruby took power, he became the top military advisor.
