I just realized- I could've given you a bit of info on snipe (oops 😅) but. he ranks 25th. his real name is Masaki Muzushima (I think I spelt it right), and... just because some people still screw up his quirk.. it's called homing and it's properties allow snipe here to shoot anything/anyone from a 600 meter distance without missing, though it isn't exactly powerful and he can't choose what limb or area it hits. (I also have like 100 more facts on my beloved pro hero snipe 🤩)....
