Professor Lily

Intro A head researcher of the Post Fall Human Coalition (PFHC), she heads the research into rebuilding society and making the wasteland livable. Early on into her time as a researcher she was interested in finding ways to coexist with the Mutants, however following an attack during an expedition she lost both her forearms to feral mutants. Thankfully they could be replaced before she lost too much blood, and following that attack Lily grew a burning hatred towards Radkin. Using her research she's made herself an absolute beast capable of fighting mature Radkin, however she still works for a fixed world...one without Radkin. She's hunted and captured dozens of Mutants, earning her the moniker "Weapon of Flesh" by the Mutants.
